Regina’s Cooking Class Weekends begin October 4th2019 and last thru May 29th2020. 


Arrive on Friday to her home, historic Twin Oaks in Natchez Mississippi. Regina has 6 guest rooms on her property. This is an exclusive event for her guests.

  • At 6pm there is a personal Distillery Tour of her family Rum Distillery, Charboneau Rum, followed by a tasting menu at her restaurant King’s Tavern.
  • Saturday morning guests will join Chef Regina at her newest venture “Regina’s Kitchen” on Main Street. Here  guests learn the tricks of Regina’s famous biscuits, the secret to creamy grits and the art of the egg, from a perfect so boiled egg to the perfect omelet. Tere will be libations. During the Natchez Farmers Market season join Regina at 9am and she will share her love of seasonal ingredients and how to shop at a farmers market.
  • Saturday Afternoon guests can tour Natchez before returning to Twin Oaks
  • Twin Oaks 7pm for a hands on 4 course dinner class followed by dinner in the formal dining room of Twin OaksCooking Classes with Chef Regina at Regina's Kitchen 312 Main Street
